Aware of the natural riches of her native land, Fanny has chosen a profession that helps preserve this precious heritage. A passionate beekeeper, she raises her bees under the sun of the Alpilles, in Aureille (best commune for biodiversity in 2024).
Her philosophy? To care for her workers by practicing transhumant beekeeping that respects the environment (no chemicals are used, of course). She also favors "rare, high-quality productions", fine, full-bodied, aromatic honeys... Several times awarded medals! She also offers a few artisanal nuggets for you to discover in her boutique.
