Lucas Delabarre, a young farmer in Mouriès, passionately produces PDO Vallée des Baux de Provence olive oils with the organic label.
From March to October, you can find him at the markets in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence on Wednesdays and Eygalières on Fridays.

The olive grove: 5 hectares of olive trees, including traditional varieties as well as young olive trees planted in 2022, intended to boost production. Amouriès olive oil stands out for: • its authentic flavour, faithful to the Alpilles terroir, • its complete traceability, complying with the strict requirements of the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence PDO, • its commitment to organic farming, guaranteeing a natural, sustainable and environmentally friendly product. Offers & Services: • Presence at local markets from March to October. • The farm is not open to visitors as it does not currently have the appropriate facilities. • Online sale of olive oils (different vintages, formats and gift sets) directly on the Amouriès website.
