Located in the Ecrins National Park, in Châteauroux-les-Alpes, our organic family farm enjoys an exceptional environment at an altitude of 1,000 m and close to the Durance river.
We have two complementary organic farming activities:
- Market gardening, with a wide range of seasonal fruit and vegetables;
- Livestock farming, with our herd of Charolais cows, fed on the farm's own fodder and spending much of the year on the surrounding mountain pastures.
We also process some of our vegetables into grocery products under our La Popote d'Anthoine brand: soups, crisps, confits, coulis and tomato sauce, etc.
You can find our products:
- at our farmers' market at the farm on Tuesday evenings, from 5pm to 7pm, from May to October;
- at the markets in Embrun (Wednesday mornings and Saturday mornings, from April to November) and Molines-en-Queyras (Tuesday mornings, in July and August);
- in partner shops in the department;
- on our online sales website anthoine-bio.fr.
Our products are labelled Agriculture Biologique and Hautes-Alpes Naturellement: vegetables, veal and beef, grocery products.
