For 4 generations, the honey mill has been passionately selecting and preparing the finest honeys and products of the hive: Provence honeys (IGP) and especially lavender honey, the region's flagship.
Augier & Fils: the guarantee of the best honey.
In 1929, Louis Augier began beekeeping in Vaison la Romaine. 4 generations later, the company has professionalized its expertise in selecting, preserving and packaging the finest honeys. Each honey from a bee farm is meticulously observed, tasted and analyzed before being accepted into the maturing workshop. The company offers customers and consumers 100% traceability from jar to hive. Matured honey is catalogued and its quality analyses recorded. PGI and Label Rouge honeys are systematically inspected by an interprofessional authority once a year. Quality labels are a guarantee for consumers, demonstrating a high level of control. All ORGANIC honeys are certified by an official body recognized by the state.
