Thomas is the founder of Bigourdan - Distillerie de Camargue. Jamie is a distiller, and an Englishman. And his passion is setting up micro-distilleries. He is the one Thomas chose to help him set up the Camargue Distillery and to write together the recipe for the most Mediterranean of London Dry Gins.
