After running the Nioulargo beach on Pampelonne, Kaled Koudhair created the Biscuiterie Saint-Tropez with its flagship product, Sablé de Pampelonne.
He opened his cookie factory with Chef Pâtissier, Chocolatier, Nougatier Philippe Grouiller, who trained with Alain Ducasse, Alain Chapelle and then Chef Pâtissier at La Réserve de Beaulieu.
