Somewhat forgotten, this activity has found a new lease of life thanks to Véronique Peltzer, a farmer passionate about the benefits of perfumed, aromatic and medicinal plants.
As you discover the colors, scents and plants grown, you'll learn about growing and processing techniques, and the virtues of plants such as lavender.
