After a 50 year interlude, beer is once again being brewed in Ubaye. The organic ingredients and the quality of the water give it a unique, local flavour.
The Brasserie des Hautes Vallées is located in the village of St-Paul sur Ubaye, at an altitude of 1,500m, with a breathtaking view of the Sauvage (with its three emblematic peaks, culminating at over 3,000 m).
