The Calissoun company, founded by Christophe Grini and Eric Gimenez, master confectioners and members of the Union des Fabricants de Calissons d'Aix (Union of Calisson Manufacturers of Aix), offers original confectionery made exclusively in Aix-en-Provence in the Maliverny workshop. Visitors can see the manufacturing process on site by appointment.
Keen to take this approach further, Calissoun now offers a range of 100% organic calissons.
