Calissoun was founded by Christophe Grini and Eric Gimenez, master confectionners and members of the Aix Calisson-Makers Union. They produce original sweets, all made in the Hauts de Loubassane workshop in Aix-en-Provence. Call ahead of time to see how the sweets are made.
