Château Carpe Diem

It's in the heart of Provence Verte, between the Gorges du Verdon and the Mediterranean Sea, in the charming village of Cotignac, that we've chosen to devote ourselves to our passion and perpetuate the values that have made Carpe Diem such a success for over 25 years: respect for the land, the quality of our wines and the conviviality of the Domaine.

The vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of organic farming and certified by Ecocert. Since 2021, we have also been certified biodynamic.
Today, the vineyard covers some 30 hectares of AOP Côtes de Provence, AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence and IGP Var.

In this propitious environment, we carefully produce white, rosé and red wines from traditional Provencal grape varieties.
They are the expression of our terroir.

At the heart of our range are wines for pure pleasure, epicurean and generous, to be shared around tapas, barbecues, grilled fish, family, Provencal or even exotic cuisine.
Our gourmet cuvées (Castille, Artus and Major), on the menu of several Michelin-starred chefs, will enhance your festive meals and accompany refined, elegant cuisine.

In season, guided cellar tours every Thursday morning at 10:30 am. Length: 1 hour. Followed by a tasting session. 19 € per person, on reservation (minimum 4 participants).
