Château des Chaberts is situated in the heart of Provence at the foothills of the Loube mountain range. Il is built on a remarkable south facing site of a Roman settlement. It is surrounded by hills in the form of a horse shoe which provides shelter from the prevailing winds whilst a continual gentle breeze gives protection from the spring frosts and summer heat. It is situated at an altitude of 365 metres and comprises of 650 acres with 65 in vines. It has stony, chalky, clay soil and benefits from a micro-climate. The appellation is Coteaux Varois en Provence and has been organic since 2017.

An exceptional terroir, at an altitude of 364 meters, sheltered from the prevailing winds, the vines grow on the arid, stony, south-facing slopes of clay-limestone soil. Thanks to a regular microclimate, which mitigates spring frosts and regulates summer heat.
Château des Chaberts wines are highly distinctive. They combine aromatic intensity with the structure and roundness of a generous terroir. Cared for with the greatest respect for tradition and a constant concern for quality, they are rewarded every year by the greatest professional competitions: Paris, Macon, Vinalies, not forgetting the Guide Hachette.
All the main grape varieties of the appellation are present on the estate: the white wines are made from Rolle, Sémillon and Clairette; the rosés from Grenache and Cinsault. Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Grenache are combined to produce red wines.
