Château Grand Boise produces red, white and rosé wines under the Côtes de Provence Sainte Victoire and Côtes de Provence appellations.
On a naturally favorable site, 77 parcels of vines are scattered across a vast 500-hectare estate on the mountainside. Here and there, they form small terraces facing Mount Sainte-Victoire.
Vines have been cultivated here for centuries. Patiently, in harmony with nature and the surrounding woods, man walks the paths to cultivate the vines where they yield the best grapes.
The terroir is that of the new Sainte Victoire appellation, an ecosystem naturally favorable to vines since Roman times. Château Grand Boise is the highest estate here, with vineyards at between 300 and 640 meters above sea level. The combination of altitude and sunshine produces wines of great freshness and balance.
No chemical fertilizers or weedkillers are used.
