A family affair, since 1900, five generations of Baccino have succeeded one another; today Alain, Véronique and their daughters work together to produce increasingly refined organic wines from the superb Peirecèdes PDO vineyard.
The Baccino family creates elegant, delicate and fruity blends for your pleasure on two terroirs:
Domaine des Peirecedes in Cuers, nestled at the gateway to the Massif des Maures and surrounded by Provencal garrigue.
Château la Tulipe Noire, nestled between Carqueiranne and La Moutonne, where Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Grenache and Tibouren are cradled by a sea breeze on the clay-limestone slopes.
Audrey and Leslie Baccino, the 5th generation to run the estate, work as a family with Alain and Véronique, their parents, on these organically farmed lands. The entire production of both wineries is processed in the PEIRECEDES winery, built in 1991 by Alain and Véronique.
Reds, whites and rosés bear the names of their native lands, each with its own distinct identity.
A close-knit family of winegrowers, with each member holding a specific position, the Baccinos are committed to preserving the environment. Their cuvées are vinified with infinite precision.
To minimize their impact on the environment, they have been working in organic agriculture (ECOCERT) since 2007.
The wines
* Côtes de Provence Red
Dominated by Mourvèdre. Fruity and spicy aromas, round and generous on the palate.
* Côtes de Provence Rosé
A pink color with raspberry highlights, a nose of tangy candy and exotic aromas that continue on the palate, and a long finish.
This delicious rosé is refined and elegant.
In 2025, our rosé "Château la Tulipe Noire" had the honor of being awarded the Palme d'Or for Best Rosé in the World at the prestigious Vinalies internationales competition.
