A former Roman villa, Château le Puy Saurette is surrounded by vineyards planted with a variety of grape varieties typical of the Ventoux region.

Since 2005, the estate has been producing its own Côtes du Ventoux appellation d'origine contrôlée wine, made mainly from hand-harvested Syrah and Grenache grapes.
