A trained oenologist, he works as a consultant for numerous winegrowers in Provence and beyond. But his passion remains the land that saw him grow up, and for which he lovingly invests all his experience every day. He continues to invest in modern equipment, while maintaining the spirit of authentic production, with care for the terroir, the vineyard and the wines.
"Our commitment to and respect for our land has led us to obtain organic farming certification for our vines. The 2014 vintage bears the 'Vin Biologique' label. Our wines have become one of the flagships of the Côtes de Provence Fréjus appellation, cited as an example by many critics, from Robert Parker to Jacques Dupont."
THE WINES
* Cuvée Angélico Rosé - Côtes de Provence Fréjus

Cellaring : 2 to 3 years
* Roches Noires Rouge - Côtes de Provence Fréjus
"Vanilla and smoke on the nose, with hints of blackberry and raspberry. A powerful red with silky tannins, revealing aromas of garrigue, rockrose and pine sap. The finish opens with roasted notes typical of the volcanic soil of the Fréjus terroir. Cellaring: 10 to 15 years".
* Cuvée Forum Julii Blanc
"Dry, supple and delicate, with aromas of exotic fruits. Spicy and minty, with balsamic notes, tender and persistent on the palate. Well-balanced". Well-balanced wine for laying down: 1 to 2 years in its freshness. 10 years or more for maturation of spices and candied fruit.
