In 1994, Bernard Castelain founded La Chocolaterie in the heart of the famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape vineyards. The union of chocolate and wine gave birth to his first chocolate, Palet des Papes: a perfect balance between dark chocolate and Marc de Châteauneuf du Pape.
