For over fifteen years, the family's 2500 olive trees have been producing AOC Provence olive oils. To complete the range, olivades and tapenades are also on sale.
Sandrine and Eric Gayol's olive growing operation began about fifteen years ago. They started by planting 2500 olive trees of different varieties such as ribier, bouteillan, aglandau, cayet roux and picholine. Thus, the exploitation produces 4 olive oils in AOC Provence.
The passion continues with the will to allow everyone to harvest the fruit of their work. In 2008, the Gayol oil mill is in operation. Each individual can bring his olives and leave with them (from 200kg).
To transmit their passion, visits of the mill and tastings are available from April to October.
