It was founded in 1870, and its stone millstones have been turning ever since, extracting oil from the Mont Ventoux region. Today, the 4th and 5th generations are perpetuating the traditional, family know-how of an old craft.

Founded in 1870, the Moulin à Huile du Comtat, near Carpentras, has never stopped turning its millstones to produce olive oil from the Mont Ventoux area. Today, the 4th and 5th generations have taken up the torch and perpetuate the family know-how.
