A respectful holder of a tradition, whose greatness has been preserved over time, the factory was created by my father, Mr Marcel Richaud, in 1947. Having been exposed to the profession since birth, it was only natural that I decided to succeed my father, trying to maintain the love of a well-done profession.
For direct consumption, we sell: Candied fruit (pre-packaged), glazed candied fruit (packaged in boxes or in beautifully-made baskets), candied fruit calissons, fruit pastries, chocolate candied fruit.
