The Domaine has existed since 1692, when the first Alary in a long line settled in Cairanne. The great diversity of soils, all organically cultivated, and the knowledge of each parcel of vines result in a wine characterized by a certain elegance.
At this estate in the commune of Cairanne, which boasts 30 hectares of vines averaging 35 years of age, Denis and Jean-Étienne Alary produce a beautifully varied range of wines.
In addition to a wide range of reds, the domaine produces a variety of whites each year in a fleshy, flavorful style. This is a very special feature in a region that produces mainly red wines. The grapes are harvested by hand.
