From the outset, François naturally decided to work organically in both vineyard and cellar. In 2020, the estate obtained biodynamic certification.

Today, the estate boasts a fine range of AOP Ventoux and IGP Vaucluse wines, with rosé, white and red wines focusing on finesse, freshness and elegance, while highlighting and revealing our beautiful terroir.

With both feet firmly planted on the family estate, François Busi is deeply attached to his vines, to this little corner of the Luberon facing Mourre Nègre. So it's only natural that this winemaker with heart and soul should turn to organic and biodynamic farming. He cultivates his terroirs with rigorous attention to the cycles and seasons. At Domaine Alloïs, nature remains at the heart of all investment and equipment projects, in order to develop the most respectful techniques.
