A family estate where love of the land and passion for the vine have been passed down for 4 generations. The vineyard, made up of vines some of which are over a hundred years old, extends over Sablet (8 ha) and Gigondas (8 ha).

Elie Charols has developed the idea that the care taken with his vines and their environment enables the production of a quality wine.
The estate works with Organic Agriculture and High Environmental Value.
The wines are elaborated and vinified in concrete vats, then matured on fine lees. The domaine offers red Côtes du Rhône, red and white Côtes du Rhône Villages Sablet, red Gigondas and Rosé cuvée Jacques VDF. Wine tasting is free of charge. The estate also produces a fruity, sweet extra virgin olive oil.

In addition to wine tasting, the domaine also offers :

A visit to the vineyards of the Cheval Long massif and the Gigondas plateau, with vines over 100 years old.
