Nestled on the hillsides of Carcès, the vineyard benefits from exceptional soils. The cellar welcomes you for a tasting of its wines in AOP Côtes de Provence and IGP Var Argens, and also offers for sale, its olive oil.

Since its creation in 2003, the development of Clos Gautier, this magnificent wine estate in the heart of Provence Verte, has quickly been rewarded with a series of medals testifying to the seriousness of the winemaking and the desire to preserve ancestral methods.

In July 2011, Gilles Pedini became owner of Domaine Clos Gautier. A native of Nice for more than ten generations, with a love of Provence and a passion for its vineyards, he took over the estate to continue this wonderful adventure. He relies on Paul Zussini, Production Manager, to make a new qualitative leap.

What's more, Domaine Clos Gautier has also been rewarded for the environmental initiatives it has been pursuing for several years, with the award of HVE3 certification in 2020 and the switch to renewable energy (100% of electricity consumed comes from renewable sources).

Since 2021, the estate has also been converting to organic farming, and will obtain organic certification (AB) for the 2024 vintage.
