The estate is located in the Camargue Park, 10 minutes from Arles, in the direction of Saintes Maries de la Mer. The estate has been inhabited by several generations of Counts de Bouchaud.
A monastic property, a family business. A stone's throw from Arles, in the direction of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, an authentic Camargue estate.
The last countess, having no heirs, donated the land to the Congregation of Benedictine Monks in 1975. The land has been cultivated since 1962 by the Bonistalli family.
10 hectares of vines and 70 hectares of cereals.
Rich in history and family work, the estate is a privileged place with its 16th century building and its quadricentennial plane trees.
Stéphan Bonistalli, passionate about the land, took over from his father in 1998. Since then, he has been growing and bottling his wines under the IGP Pays des Bouches du Rhône Terre de Camargue, and packaging rice under the IGP Riz de Camargue.
You can find his products directly in the Domaine's cellar.
