The Domaine de Cabasse vineyard, certified organic from the 2025 vintage, covers 34 hectares of varied terroirs. It produces 8 cuvées in the Gigondas appellation, AOC Côtes-Rhône Villages Sablet and Séguret, and IGP Méditerranée red and rosé.
The name "Cabasse" comes from the expression "Casa Bassa", meaning "the house at the bottom of the village", in reference to the hotel located in the picturesque village of Séguret. Since 2012, Domaine de Cabasse has been run by the Baudry family.
In 2022, they decided to withdraw from the hotel business to focus exclusively on their 15-hectare vineyard, while expanding the estate with the acquisition of a further 19 hectares, including the former Domaine des Pialons. In 2023, their son Corentin, a musician, joined the family team, taking over management of the vineyards as well as winemaking.
For many years, the Domaine has been committed to protecting and preserving the environment. It has obtained Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) certification, and in 2025 the label Agriculture Biologique.
