THE ESTATE
The terroir, situated on the soils of the Trévaresse at an altitude of 400 meters, provides ideal conditions for the production of fresh, delicate and elegant wines, whether white, rosé or red.
THEIR WINES
A pioneer in the region, the domaine is distinguished by its predominantly red wine production. A range of rosé and white wines completes the assortment.
They are made from 11 different grape varieties, offering great diversity in the blends: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Carignan, Counoise, Cinsault, Rolle, Sauvignon Blanc, Clairette and Muscat-Petit-Grain.
Some of the estate's vines are over 70 years old.
THEIR PHILOSOPHY
Their estate has been strongly committed to the environment for over 20 years, and has been certified Organic (Ecocert) since 2004.
Their watchword is respect: the grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, and vinification is carried out with care and rigor, in a perpetual quest for quality.
Alcoholic fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts.
