The estate
Its terroir, located on the Trévaresse soils at an altitude of 400 metres, provides ideal conditions for producing fresh, delicate and elegant wines, whether white, rosé or red.
The wines
A pioneer in the region, this estate stands out for its production of mainly red wines. A range of rosé and white wines completes the assortment.
They are made from a total of 11 different grape varieties, offering great diversity in the blends: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Counoise, Cinsault, Rolle, Sauvignon Blanc, Clairette and Muscat-Petit-Grain.
Some of the estate's vines are over 70 years old.
Philosophy
The estate has been strongly committed to the environment for over 20 years and has been certified organic (Ecocert) since 2004.
Its watchword is respect: the grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and the wines are made with care and rigour in a constant quest for quality.
Alcoholic fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts.
