Domaine de La Citadelle was founded in 1990 by Yves Rousset-Rouard, who bought an 8 hectares farm at the base of the hill upon which sits the village of Ménerbes. Today, the vineyard in organic agricultural, consists of a total of 50 hectares of vines aged between 15 and 75 years old.
