Domaine de la Jaufrette is the result of winemaking expertise handed down from father to son for five generations. It groups together vineyards in four designated wine areas, including three of the best, Châteauneuf du Pape, Gigondas and Vacqueyras, as well as Côtes Du Rhône
On our family estate, we are convinced of the importance of each gesture. We manage the vineyards with respect for local conditions, for the vines and the wine. Today we use organic methods to reinforce these essential ideas even more.
All our grapes are picked by hand in the different vineyards and transported to our cellar, between Orange and Châteauneuf du Pape. Each wine designation is produced in a traditional way by barrel fermentation.
