For the past 20 years, Nathalie Bouillon, who inherited the land of La Pompe from her grandfather Hubert BARBAROUX, has been cultivating her fruit and vegetables as naturally as possible, according to the seasons.
And on the Jouasse hillsides, table grapes such as Cardenal, Danlas, Hamburg muscatel and italia.
