L'Anticaille is the place where villagers used to gather to celebrate the end of the harvest and dance the Anticaille farandole (Provencal dance).
Situated near Aix-en-Provence, between Mount Olympus and the famous Mont Sainte-Victoire that inspired Paul Cézanne, the 35-hectare estate is owned by the FERAUD family, who have been preserving the qualities of this exceptional terroir for 5 generations. The estate's cellar is one of the oldest in Provence, having been completely modernized in 2012 and is now state-of-the-art.A tasting cellar with adjoining vaulted room welcomes groups of up to 40 people for seminars and private tastings.
The estate produces wines under 3 appellations: IGP MEDITERRANEE, AOP CÔTES DE PROVENCE and AOP CÔTES DE PROVENCE SAINTE-VICTOIRE.
