Domaine de l'ODYLEE was born in December 2015 from a family's love affair with a terroir. Certified organic since 2020 and HVE since 2019, it farms 17 hectares of planted vines and fallow land in the commune of Violès in Provence's Vaucluse region.
The blending workshop lasts two hours and it is offered at the estate either from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. or from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. After taking a short tour in the vineyards, you will learn the secrets of the winemaking process at the cellar and taste the juices. Then, everyone will be able to create their own red wine with their tastes based on 3 grape varieties Syrah Grenache and Carignan. Each participant will leave with their own corked and labelled bottle.
