Owned by Christophe and Hynde Bouvet, ambitious craftsman winemakers. High quality wines are produced in this 50 hectares wine estate.
In February 2008, Hynde and Christophe BOUVET took over the destiny of Château MOURESSE.
Under their impetus, major restructuring work was launched in the vineyard, with the aim of converting the estate to sustainable agriculture.
The efforts made in the vineyard, combined with the work in the cellar, have enabled us to win numerous awards at national competitions (Paris, Macon, St Tropez), as well as being listed in numerous wine guides (Hachette, Guide Hubert, .......).
Situated in the heart of the Provençal vineyards in the Maures plain, Château MOURESSE enjoys an exceptional location facing the Massif des Maures.
In a green setting of centuries-old umbrella pines, two ponds allow a wide variety of fauna (Herman's turtle, Rollier d'Europe...) to thrive.
to flourish in a protected natural environment.
In addition to sales to professionals (Hotels, Restaurants, Cavistes) via its sales agents, Château Mouresse also has a tasting cellar
tasting cellar for direct sales to individuals.
The entire vineyard is at the heart of the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée - Côtes de Provence, and includes seven different grape varieties:
* Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon for the reds,
* Cinsault and Grenache for rosés,
* Rolle, Semillon and Clairette for whites.
