With the arrival in 2005 of Fanny and Hugues Chaboud, Bruno's daughter and son-in-law, Domaine Ramatuelle has been given a new lease of life.
Two generations of winegrowers are now working and living together with a common goal: to continue producing quality wines, while preserving the typical character of Provence wines. Facing the mountain of La Loube, the vineyard boasts a variety of grape varieties traditional to the Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation (grenache, syrah, cinsault, cabernet, rolle, ugni blanc, etc.).
The vines are cultivated according to the principles of Sol Vivant: mechanical weeding, grassing the vines, fertilizing the soil with natural compost to encourage life in the soil, gentle pruning... The warm, dry climate ensures low disease pressure on the vines, limiting the need for treatments.
Harvesting, from September to October, takes place at night, to enhance the organoleptic quality of the grapes...
Domaine Ramatuelle's range of wines is diversified: AOC wines, Vin de Pays du Var, and a new "rosé de fête", vinified using the traditional Champagne method.
Domaine Ramatuelle has been awarded the Organic Agriculture label since harvest 2022.
