In the south of the appellation, the estate extends for 14.5 hectares of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, in the Pied Redon, La Combe, Palestor, Les Relagnes, Le Bocou and Les Coulets districts. Organic farming.
The estate also has 4.5 hectares of Côte du Rhône in terraces, on the hills of Les Garrigues in the commune of Sarrians.
Here, Christiane Establet and Elie Jeune’s children - Béatrice, Isabelle and Christophe - produce elegant wines from a selection of parcels of land and grapes aged in the darkness of the wine-storage cellar. True to the tradition of Châteauneuf-du-Pape blends, the traditional Saint Paul wines (red and white) combine five grape varieties for reds and three for whites. A more modern wine, “Jumille”, blends Grenache and Syrah (see tasting notes). As for “Insolite”, it is made only from old Syrah vines, and aged in demi-muid oak barrels!
