At the Deflaux family, a Provencal family deeply rooted in the small Luberon menerbien, we don't forget our roots! On the contrary, in addition to producing wine, we perpetuate the cultivation of vines, fruit trees and the know-how of our ancestors.
Since 2004, Cyril and Laurie Deflaux, young winegrowers, always accompanied and supported by the family (4 generations present on the farm), have decided to make their winegrowing heritage autonomous by vinifying their own grapes and creating their own private cellar, which was not done by their predecessors, who worked in the local agricultural cooperative. Numerous internships at leading wineries, a great deal of passion and strong convictions all contributed to this project, for "we haven't given up growing fruit trees, we produce table grapes, cherries and apricots, and a few olives: the winery is simply a diversification of the farm!
