At the gates of Provence in Orange, Domaine des Chanssaud has been a family tradition since 1826. At the head of the property since 1981, Patrick Jaume manages the estate with around 50 hectares, certified as organic agriculture.
Patrick Jaume, the winemaker and owner of Domaine des Chanssaud, strives to produce Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Côtes du Rhône wines that are the expression of the local soils and climate, while fully respecting the environment. Since the 2015 harvests, all the wines from the estate have been certified as “Organic agriculture".
