The "Domaine du Cayron" has existed since 1840. This winery (17 ha) on the Gigondas appellation is managed by the FARAUD family for 4 generations The 5th generation is represented by the 3 FARAUD daughters: Delphine, Cendrine and Roseline.

We produce a single red wine representative of our terroir (limestone, sandy and stony clay) old vines with respect for the environment: a «traditional» Gigondas Rouge (manual harvest; 25% destemming (young vines); aging in oak casks and half Muids).
