After a career in wine in Burgundy, Emmanuel Berteloot came to settle with his wife Delphine to revive the Embrunais vineyards.
In spring 2018, after 2 years of plot preparation, almost
10,000 vine plants were planted in Puy-Sanières).
Since then, Domaine du Mont Guillaume has developed on both sides of Embrun in Puy-Sanières, Embrun and Saint-André-d'Embrun.
In 2023, 2 white wines and 3 red wines are produced on the estate and offered to our customers.

Born and bred in the Hauts-Alpes region, Delphine and Emmanuel have been living in the Embrunais for several years, drawing on their experience in Burgundy. In this unique environment, which combines the ruggedness of the mountains with the Mediterranean character of the land, these committed winemakers have rehabilitated the Domaine du Mont Guillaume to produce an authentic, convivial terroir wine.
Here, the grapes are harvested by hand to respect the quality of the fruit, and a pneumatic press and oak barrels are used to allow the wines to rest gently. At an altitude of 1000 m, the cellar offers ideal thermal conditions...
Today, the owners cultivate all the plots using organic farming methods, ensuring that the values of this mountain terroir are preserved.
