The Domaine du Temps Perdu is an ecosystem and educational farm located in Mouriès on 20 hectares in the heart of the Alpilles.
This property, abandoned since 1956, was put back into cultivation in March 2020 with the planting of olive trees, almond trees, fruit trees and market garden crops on 12 hectares. The farm is in the process of being converted to organic farming and to the Vallée des Baux PDO for its olive oil.
