The Domaine du Temps Perdu is an ecosystem and educational farm located in Mouriès on 20 hectares in the heart of the Alpilles.
This property, abandoned since 1956, was brought back into cultivation in March 2020 with the planting of olive trees, almond trees, fruit trees and market garden crops across 12 hectares. Convinced that an agricultural model that respects nature can be economically viable, producers Julien Mongis and Pauline Lecoeur are following in the footsteps of pioneers to find natural solutions to farming issues by learning the laws of nature instead of fighting them.
