Arising from the marriage of "Lucile Avril" and "Henri Durieu”, the family estate was taken over by Paul Durieu in the 1970s. Today, the vineyards extend over 120 hectares, producing Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes du Rhône Village, Plan de Dieu, Côtes du Rhône and Ventoux wines.
Now Paul’s two sons, François and Vincent, have taken up the reins and are selling wines all over the world. The wines are made from centuries-old vines, and carry the name of their grandparents, paying homage to the family tradition.
Today, the estate has 37 hectares of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, mainly located on the plateau near Mont Redon, but also near the villages of Cabrières and Pied de Baud.
The wine-tasting cellar has the "Remarkable Taste Site" label.
