Over the years and seven generations later, the parcels were divided up and 50 hectares of vines and 100 hectares of woodland have been managed since 1985 by Roselyne Gavoty-Bonnet, who, with the help of her husband Hervé, has set about perpetuating the work of her ancestors. Their children have joined them in recent years, driven by the idea of making wines with a precise identity in a place steeped in history.
The domaine produces 60% Rosé, 25% White and 15% Red wines (depending on the vintage). Production is organic and committed to enriching its biotope. The Rolle whites are often noted for their ageing potential and singularity. Our rosés are structured by maceration techniques. Syrah reds can be dense and structured, or delicate with infusion techniques for Cinsaults/Carignans.
Tours and tastings can be extended by appointment, so please don't hesitate to contact us for any special requests / group tastings / seminars / buffets & tastings.
