Discover an exceptional place in the lands dear to Alphonse Daudet, a stone's throw from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence: the estates of Saint-Roch and Grand Mas de Lansac. These estates cultivate a spirit of freedom for their IGP Alpilles wines, favouring grape varieties such as Marselan, Caladoc and Chardonnay.
The Domaine de Saint-Roch is a real journey back in time. Its 12th-century Templar ruins and its past as a fortified priory on the Via Domitia, where Saint Roch stayed, bear witness to a rich history. With 140 hectares of vines, its impressive cellars combine tradition and modernity to produce distinctive wines such as ‘Brise d'été’ (a low-alcohol Chardonnay) and the rosé ‘Saint-Roch 1888’, elegantly aged in acacia barrels.
Just one kilometre away, the Domaine du Grand Mas de Lansac, a former 19th-century orphanage, covers 50 hectares and has been certified organic since the 2024 harvest. It offers a varied range of 10 wines, including award-winning sparkling and still Chardonnays, fresh and fruity rosés such as ‘Évidence’, and three red cuvées, one of which is sulphite-free and adorned with the emblematic Hoopoe.
