A pioneering and daring family estate that started with a blank page to offer you fresh and elegant organic wines. The Chancel family is committed to preserving the biodiversity of its terroir in the heart of the Mont Ventoux.

A 30-hectare estate, of which 12 hectares are vineyards planted on terraces or in tree-lined enclosures bathed in light. They are tended without any pesticides, like gardens. The harvesting is done entirely by hand, and the winemaking process is natural, favoring infusion over extraction to allow the aromas, color, and terroir to fully express themselves.
