Domaine de Sibu is a 27-hectare family vineyard in the villages of Sablet, Gigondas and Vacqueyras. Concerned about the environment, the estate is now "Agriculture Biologique" (organic farming).
Vineyard work is a family affair. Grandfather, son and now grandson cultivate the region's noble grape varieties with respect for tradition, inviting you on a gustatory voyage with their red, white and rosé wines.
