The Domaine Olivier HILLAIRE is a small family estate at the heart of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

The estate was created in 2006 by Olivier HILLAIRE, after he had worked for many years at Domaine des Relagnes.
It has 6 hectares of Châteauneuf du Pape, 10 hectares of Côtes du Rhône and 6 hectares of Vins de Pays.

The Châteauneuf du Pape vines are very old ones, and grow mainly on rolled pebbles. The vines are planted in the sand, producing an exceptional wine that is prized all over the world. In particular, we work with Grenache, the basic grape variety used in Châteauneuf du Pape.

These are wines to be laid down, with a finesse and body that make them very easy to enjoy.
