The polyculture of the Plain Pagnier estate showcases the region's signature products! Cherries (which benefit from a renowned PGI) and AOP Muscat du Ventoux table grapes, of which Mazan is the largest producer, and AOC Ventoux wine. She also grows olive trees, the emblematic tree of Provence that graces the gentle slopes of Mont Ventoux.
Fully converted to organic farming, the family business is gradually turning to a biodynamic approach.
