In the heart of the Provencal village of La Fare les Oliviers, Sylvaine Roustan, winemaker and olive grower, has taken over the family estate of around 20 hectares, cultivating vines and olives with respect for the environment and biodiversity.

Domaine Roustan produces wine, olive oil and grape juice for tasting. It is a lively place for educational tours, festive events and seminars.
Sylvaine Roustan is keen to show you behind the scenes of her estate.
The estate can accommodate your events in four different spaces: open-air space, under marquees overlooking the vines, 18th-century "Italian-style" terrace, room in the old oil mill, etc.
