It's been ten years since the Garrassin family bought the Domaine St Julien. Since then, they have continued to invest, build, renovate and restructure the estate.
30 hectares have been replanted, the majority in the AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation. The cellar has been rebuilt to house stainless steel vats and high-performance winemaking equipment. A very old, half-buried, vaulted stone cellar houses the ageing cellar: Allier oak barrels, regularly renewed... .
