The Domaine de Saint Préfert was created almost a century ago by a formidable wine expert, Fernand Serre, a pharmacist from Avignon.
This is a certified Organic Agriculture winery producing top-of-the-range wines, all labelled AOP.

At SAINT PREFERT, the conjunction of perfectly adapted local conditions and original grape variety combinations gives our wines a unique Provençal personality. SAINT PREFERT is one of the very rare undivided wineries where the plots of land have been unchanged since 1932, with wine aiming to maintain the genetic heritage.
