Domaine Talès is organically farmed. The cellar offers a panoramic view of the winery and Château d'Entrechaux.
Domaine Talès was created in 2001, and in 2011 a new winery was built to increase production.
The 15-hectare vineyard is made up of small plots in the communes of Entrechaux, Vaison-la-Romaine and Roaix. This enables us to produce a fine, fruity rosé, a fresh, generous aromatic white and fruity or powerful, round red wines.
